you should go to rockstar official sites and official GTA fansites. they cover every detail. the main character will be the brother of the black guy from the previous GTA vice city on ps2. if Edison Carter is his name you are right.

the main character on vice city stories will be the brother of lance vance from the previous vice city. the one holding the coc but eventually killed during the trade off with tommy (intro)
