OK, so i wont to be able to run homebrew emulators etc..and download and play PSP ISO's on my White PSP 2.50.
I DO NOT! wont to even try to downgrade my psp to 1.50.
"YES" OR "NO"??? Is there a modchip that saves all the hastle?
Cause I have two 2GB Memorysticks.
And all ive got is music and movies...Seeings i live in NewZealand we get everything last.
we get the scraps from last nights dinner.
And please dont give me stupid lectures about piracy etc...because..
A. Why make downloads if you are not allowed to download?
B. Why make blank discs if you are not allowed to copy?
C. You people are practically handing us the tools to do the job.
D. RULES ARE MADE SO SOMEONE CAN BREAK THEM!, OTHERWISE THERE WOULD BE NO POINT IN MAKING RULES!!
E. SO WHAT THE bleep DO YOU EXPECT!!!!

yes theres a psp modchip ( http://www.undilutedplatinum.com/ ) but you have to solder 20 2mm wires etc, and by looking at vids etc, it looks hard to install, but you may be good with sh!t ike that,but trust me downgrading it would be the best option as its free!!!!!!! oh and BTW you may want to resize your sig too,b4 a mod sees it :)

first edit your post so it doesnt contain the f word even tho its not spelled correctly. second your sig doesnt conform to forum rules so make it smaller please. and third yes there is a mod chip but there is more of a danger of ruining your psp then with the downgrader. the mod chip has to be expertly installed and between the mod chip and the installation fee it would cost just as much as a new psp. google undiluted platinum. its the name of the mod chip.

downgrading is better than udp it is less risky and it feels like an achievement ahhh atlast v had a sucessfull downgrade

If you want a video on how to install skyda, check PSP Hacking 101 Episode 18 or 19, not sure which one but one of the episodes has a video installation guide on how to solder it in but it looks pretty hard, I suggest downgrade unless you have TA-082.

Ye but maybe the reason he doesn't want to dowgrade is because he has no confirmation that his psp can be downgraded.
