m3 swap buttons on gameboy

I love my m3 but I struggle playing gameboy games on the DS because of the arrangements of the buttons. I need to change the y button to b and change the b button to a. Can this be done?

This is a hardware restriction with the DS, the X+Y buttons are disabled in GBA mode, you need to modifiy how the DS uses the buttons by using hardware modifiction, it has been done so I know it's possible, but obviously it involves soldering and taking apart your DS etc.
