Hello again :) i have a question ok you see my dvd burner box says it writes in formats of DVD-/+ R DVD+RW DVD+R DL DVD-RW...Ok you see the thing is that i been burning with DVD-R media verbatim brand so i picked up some verbatim DVD+R my burner will burn on to it but when i put another DVD in my burner won't read it and i have to restart my computer to read it and when i burn that movie i put in another one and the same problem i have to restart...But with the DVD-R media i can copy my movie and put in another one and it will read it....could my DVD Burner only like DVD-R Media even tho the box says it recordes in different formats??Also my firmware is up to date i just checked for updates and im updated...thanks :)

try a different brand like Taiyo Yudens DVD+R instead of Verbatim

have you tryed booktyping the DVD+R to DVD-ROM ? and what brand is your drive/burner ?

Hello :) i was told b4 in like in march that my dvd burner doesn't support booktyping could that be why my dvd burner only likes DVD-R media?

yes that could be the problem . only other thing i would know is to try a firmware update for the drive
