Today was the last straw with sms.com this is the 4th order they have screwed me on.First it was broken jewel cases in a couple of orders so I called them and let them know and I guess they weren't listening because the next order had even more broken like 7-9 of them and the rest had fingerprints all over them.So i talked to a few people in the official taiyo yuden thread because sms.com is where i have been getting my ty's from and it was agreed that problems like this were rare with sms.com so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went ahead and placed another order and guess what?They were supposed to send 100 dvd cases, 100 taiyo yuden cd-r's and 100 clear cd jewel cases and the cd-r's and dvd cases were alright but they only sent 50 clear jewel cases which were loosely stuffed in around the dvd cases box.Now how do you forget to put 50 out of 100 cases in an order when it says right on the order form to pick 100?I called them right away and they said they would have to start a claim and all this other crap so I am done with these idiots and will buy my taiyo's elsewhere.It has been like two weeks and I still haven't recieved the rest of my order.If you are smart you'll look elsewhere too!
