Trouble with Anydvd and Clonedvd2

I just made a copy of InsideMan and SilentHill using Anydvd6.0.4.5 and Clonedvd2 and I thought they were perfect copies until I actually sat down and watched both movies tonight and both movies had skipped a scene,well actually SilenHill skipped a scene and repeated a scene over again which is weird.My question is is anybody else having troubles making perfect copies using these two programs?

I too have had problems with the AnyDVD and CloneDVD2 pair, just as you described. It happened within the last 2 weeks after I had upgraded CloneDVD2 to 2891. I went back to 2899 and everything seems to work now.

The current versions of CloneDVD2 is 2.9.0.1 and the latest version of AnyDVD is 6.0.5.0. You may have better luck if you dl the up to date versions of the programs.

I've had this problem. I always compare the write time for the main movie to the run time on the box. Perhaps cleaning the dvd will help.

I just updated my AnyDVD and CloneDVD to the newer version and tried to make a copy of 28 Days Later,but i'm still having the same problem because around 90minutes into the copy it skipped a scene once again.

Well InsideMan and SilentHill were brandnew dvds and I couldn't make a copy with DVD Shrink,DvdFabDecrypter with Nero 7 so I decided on using AnyDVD and clonedvd2 and still no luck.

One of these should work. First try cleaning the disk with tooth paste. If that doesn't work, download the trial copy of DVDfab Platinum, and set the program at slow speed.

Are you using quality media and an appropriate burn speed? And are you multitasking while burning?

I just changed the burn speed and now I have a perfect copy of 28Days Later,thanks everyone.
