i need help with my dvd player. i just got a new dvd and it frezzes up on almost every new dvd i got how to i fix that?

It sounds defective. Have you contacted the manufacturer for service or warranty repairs?

There are lots of different reasons it could be failing.

Examples:

Dirt or dust in the drive.
Power supply failing.
mechanical damage to the disc drive.

The list goes on and on.

BTW, this forum is for DVD2One issues and problems. We have a forum just for DVD players here:
