Hi, the 2.50/2.60 psp downgrader at www.fanjita.org already came out and it seems real but has anyone tried it yet? Does it work perfectly?

http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/605 is the link to the easy downgrader the only thing u need besides this is an unpatched version of gta:lcs.
(i have linked to that file so many times I dont have to look it up, i know the url by heart.)

there is a new version of the UMD which is patched. the older version (unpatched) is what allows to boot the eloader because of a savegame exploit. look on the back on the case from the game and if the copyright date is from 2005 its unpatched (good). 2006 is patched (bad).

if the version of GTA needs 2.0 to run then its unpatched. if it needs 2.6 then it is patched.

yes!! i think it is unpatched because i can run emulators with the eloader and when i instert the game it says if i wanna update to 2.00, so that means i can downgrade right?

I also have ULUS 10041 and the game is us version. so i think i got everything, i dont have 1C1003 on my motherboard, and when i insert gta it tells me if i want to update to 2.00. Am i ready to update then?

thats all u need is the copy of GTA you have and this file

follow the on screen instructions, it walks u thru it step by step and ull have 1.5 in no time.

One more thing, when i downgrade, do i have to have the game inside while dowgrading? and do i have to enter usb mode or what?

u need GTA in to boot the eloader which runs the downgrader. you will usb connection so the easy downgrader can copy the necessary files to the memstick. after that you wont need the usb connection. the easy downgrader walks u thru the whole process step by step.

OO YEAH!! i have version 1.50 now!! it worked perfectly, everything went ok. thank you sooo much man, now i'll be able to do everything on the psp!
