hi all

i recently bought Benq1650 DVD writer and downloaded the flatout game for PS2
my ps2 is modded it can play pirated games very well! but when i burned the iso
using imgburn, it doesnt play i get the error plz insert PS1 or PS2 format disk
when i inserted the burned game into my benq drive i can see the ps2 files :eek:
the disk is working fine but my ps2 is not accepting it i ve used sony DVD-R
i ve also tried DVD Decrypter same thing happenz. i think my ps2 cant play DVD-R
shd i try burning da game on DVD+R plz help me out !!!

ps2 details:
NTSC J
Model number : SCPH- 39006
MODI CHIP : i dunno :confused:

and one more thing how to set Maximum Read Rate on dvd when im burning the game there are no options for this thing on imgburn ???

it says not specified when i inserted blank DVD-R can i change the Maximum Read Rate to 2.52Mbps

okay a few things here.

we only help backing up not downloading and piracy.

also you need a MOD CHIP to play a backed up game. period.

no playstation comes with it straight out of the store.

so if you havent done anything to your ps2, then you don't have a mod chip.

second you can use a program like swap magic, kinda works like a game shark. because of switching disc.

also buring. you should burn at the slowest speeds possible, or half of the max your DVD-R can be if its 16X max burn at 8X or to be sure, 4X always.
