i busted my pc so decided to fix it up...but then i thought..i already have another PC, and it would be some what convienient to use a laptop at school and bring it to places with me.
but i'm a gamer...and like to upgrade my computer sometimes..
someone help me decide...t-t

you could upgrade a laptop to very high standard but very expensive and will run games crapier but good than a pc for games go for alienware or a high performance xps dell but a pc will always be better at games but you also need it for school so i would get liek both lol! but its your chice and you know which is more important to you

dazila,not enrirely true.take the new sony vaio's for instance(blazingly fast and faster than most pc's)

but that comes at a price more then a pc of the same specs i doubt its better then a pc very much doubt it

yip £800.can play doom 3,talk on Skype,run Azureus,run aol and burn a disc all at the same time.

i've been looking at laptops and stuff...idk whats good or not! it feels like laptops are totally differnt...

i've been looking at some alienware laptops...it seems somewhat over priced from the ones i saw on sony and dell that's about equally the same...

and just wondering...are tablbet laptops worth it? or just a waste
i've never had a tablet pc or anything so idk how good a tablet in general is

there is no real point of a tablet laptop,He man my pc could do that laptops are always behind especially in graphics and processor

intel core duos are better than p4s, plus having a p4 in a laptop is a huge mistake p4's run nuclear hot and use alot of power.

intel core duos take up i think 35w.so if uve not got a lot of money it would save you on your electricity bill.
