1. I am using a router so i must be in passive mode, can I still search by user or browse what people have or do i have to search by file with the search tool?

2. I have heard stuff about multihub searching, what is it and how can i do it?

3. Can you download one file from multiple sources?

dunno bout multihub searching i never bothered trying!

You should still be able to browse what users have and..

No you cant download from multiple sources to my knowledge! 1 at a time!

try glosearch 0.6.0.0 fill in some good working hublist urls and you can search in 150 hubs for the file you want to have

it helped me a several times :-))
and verry usefull if some users in my hub are looking for something thats not in the hub
then i download it for them

You can get a users list of files as long as they have an open slot! so wait till u know someone has an open slot!

Dela, you are the greatest ever!!! That is working awsome!! I thought that Direct Connect was good before I could do that, I found someone that downloaded at 100 kbps and kept downloading from him!!!!

About that glosearch thing......... what is it and how can i use it???

also, is DC++ any better than regular direct connect? is it free? should i get that and dump direct connect??? thanx again!
