when i downgrade this v2.5 to 1.5 using the files from
http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/605

do i copy the files i download into my PSP first then run it?...or do i run the file on my pc first ....

u run that on ur pc with ur psp hooked via usb and it copies all the files for you. you need a copy of the unpatched version of GTA:LCS for it to work correctly tho.
