Newbie- menus and chapters for a slide show?

I am a new user of Nero 7 and want to create a slide show consisting of a number of scanned slides to be grouped into a number of different countries. Can someone tell me how to create the menus and chapters that would be required? Anything I have seen seems to refer to videos which I will not be using. Thanks in advance.

I used Nero vision express and it makes chapters and titles.
