diffrence between RAM?

ok so my pc has 2gb ram right,but both 1gb sticks are pc3200,what would the diffrence on my pc be,if both sticks were say pc8000???

Not going to happen.
You will be using DDR memory, that latter memory you quoted was DDR2.
DDR2 memory is faster than DDR, but the latency is slower, so there is not a perfect upgrade path.

DDR is 184 pin @ 2.4-2.8V with a 200MHz Core Clock
DDR2 is 240 pin @ 1.8V with a 100MHz Core Clock

DDR2 has higher latency times due to the slower core clock speed, but has double the prefetches to transfer data, and the higher speed negates the latency times.

PC3200 has a peak throughput of 3.2GBps
PC2-5300 has a paek throughput of 5.2GBps

DDR2 has lower power consumption than DDR

DDR2 is faster, however the modules are not inter-changable with DDR modules.

Its also worth getting what is being branded as SLi memory if you do end up getting DDR2, some manufacturers have other names for it.
If you end up with the new Nforce 590 SLi intel edition chipset on a motherboard, you will have the ability to use the new auto-overclocking of memory feature the 590 chipset supports with this approved memory.

That option is not available on any other chipset from nforce or Intel
