Some of the thing I have already done to reslove this issue are:
1. sft /scannow
2. Scanned Virus with Norton
3. Run couple of anti-spyware like ewido anti-spyware 4.0, Spybot - search and destroy
4. Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options>Advanced:
Tick "Disable Script Debugging" (Internet Explorer/Others). Click OK.
Nothing has worked out.
Please help me out.
Thank you.
Thank you.

I do not think your problem is coming from a virus or malware. It's probably due to a corupt file. I don't think I can help with the error but, you need to do some cleaning. Worth trying.
Run a scan only with HijackThis , check to fix these.

Thank you very much for your google seach help which help me out and I solved my problem. Here what I have done.
1. Uninstalled the XviD codec ( Start, Settings, Control Pannel, Sounds and Audio Devices, [Hardware Tab], Highlight Video Codecs, and clicked Properties. - Now, highlight your XviD codec , and click remove or uninstall.
2.Reinstall XviD codec . Get your copy here:
"http://www.divx-AC3 .com/files/XviD_Insall.exe"
3.Go to add/remove Software and select Add/Remove Windows Component on the left hand side.
4. Uncheck media player (during the uninstall process it'll ask some programs might not work properly after uninstall. Forget this and proceed.)
5.See if everything works.
That's work for me fine. Let's see if anyone need help for this and it works for them.
Thank you.
