When I insert a CD to play or rip, the Album reads as unknown and tracks are just numbers . I see it connects to the media source when inserted but still shows as artist unknown. When I click on find album info it is able to identify but when I click finish, WMP 10 becomes unresponsive. I have option checked to retrieve info. I have checked for updates and I am current. What else can I do? Should I uninstall and install?
