PLEASE HELP!!!!

My computer does a download rate of 3.2KB/S. i need to download the 2006-06-28 ipod updater. That's 56.5MB. It takes my computer 14 hours to download that. At 85% it automatically quits the download. Can someone help me get the updater.

I'm not really sure what to tell you, at that amount of time most servers are going to time out on you and cancel the download, which is what is happening. You could try downloading it from here instead of from Apple:
