what are the settings to make a 192 bit rate mp3? The settings on the top of the board aren't correct. It always comes out to be 240 or some other random bit rate.

--alt-preset 192 %s %d
For a bit better quality you might want to try
--alt-preset standard -Y %s %d OR
--preset medium %s %d (Only works with lame 3.93.1 or lame 3.90.3)
and see if you like the (varying but lower than with aps) bitrates you'll get.
