i know this is a stupid question but can you actually do anything on the 2.8 psp, like play homebrew or downgrade. probably cant but i want to play homebrew!!!!!!

The hackers found a break in 2.8fw,maybe soon you will be able to run homebrew.

if there is no downgrader or anynews u can upgrade it to 3.0fw then u can run ps1 games in psp and psp camera and gps etc 3.0 has many gud things its worth upgrading for the non-downgraders

Well all i hope is that im not going to GTA to downgrade my 2.6 TA-082 anymore. According to 0okm my PSP is compatable with his downgrader.

It sucks at both ways.The wait time for homebrew exploit and for fw3.0.
Fw 2.80 and 2.70 are like hell.

Well atleast thier is hope for me :D . I guess they already have kernel mode for up to 2.6 via that exploit.

im gonna sound like a party pooper here, but soon all exploits are gonna be patched so unless all 1.5-2.6 users stay there we can continue on the homebrew race, but the kinda people that go ' a new firmware update !!!!' are gonna remain sony slaves for eternity :(
