i recently try to back up 2 dvds and all fail. one is "24 hr" another one is concert of "David Gray" , am sure they all have protection on it. I try to use "DVD DECRYPTER", "DVD2one", and "DVD Shrink" none of these would work at all. (i had back up many DVD experience, shouldn't just by luck ,right ? ) any advice ?

There are sometimes slightly different problems that arise during ripping and compression. Look at the thread on Goodfellas. If you are experiencing the same problems experienced here, then follow their advice.
