Where can I buy US NTSC games that ship to europe?

I want to know are there any websites that sell NTSC US PS2 games that will ship to europe and dosent have expensive shipping. I have tried Gamestop and EBgames but at the moment I cannot afford their shipping rates over $17 per game on most sites to UK and Ireland. I am trying to get Xenosaga Episode 3 or pre order Final Fantasy XII
does anyone know of any good websites?
