Paranoia has kicked in everyone.
I did a buy, burn return (bbr) on Empire Earth a year and a half ago and kept using the serial for multiplayer. That serial has since been disconnected by sierra. Dickhead me gave my legit details when returning the software without even thinking about it. I heard that they are craking down hard on people that do this (busting them for fraud and stealing). I have even reached the point where I am contemplating repurchasing the game and writing a letter to sierra apologising. However my reasons for purchasing were legit. I already had one copy and in order to play online networked with my partner I needed the other. What should do. It took them a year to disconnect the serial. They obviously know how many times I have used it with the serial, and they know who I am. Am I a small fry or will they come after me know matter what.

At the time I didn't like the game so I was returning it. Then I happened to keep playing and realized the multiplayer potential. I haven't done this type of thing since, and I dont plan on doing it again. I am NOT encouraging to do this kind of activity in fact im storngly advising against it. The truth is want to correct my wrong, and not get busted in the process.
