Problem with audio after riping dvds.

I use DVD Decrypter for ripping dvds then I take the VOB files and edit them further using other programs. Now I am having some audio problems with those files. For some reason the VOB files that I rip have things like the producer documentary talking or its in like french or some other language. Why is it doing this.

How are you extracting the audio? DVD Decrypter (or any other ripper) will rip multiple audio tracks.
