Winamp and psf/psf2/minipsf plugin (in_psf.dll)

I'm running Winamp 2.91 and I put this file (in_psf.dll) in the plugin folder under winamp. I tried to play a minipsf file but no luck. It won't play. What am I doing wrong. Along time ago it used to work but now it won't.
