Nero Vision Shaky Transition Problem

Hello,
first of all, my computer has:
-Intel Pentium 4, 3Ghz Processor (with Hyper Threading Technology)
-2048MB of DDR400 RAM
-Two seperate SATA hard disk
-Radeon 9800SE 128MB Graphic Card
-and Windows XP Pro SP2

I have a JVC video camera with a hard disk, which records MPEG videos in DVD-Quality in a ".MOV" format.

I use Nero vision for editing the video, I curently have the latest version (4.5.0.29). And everything works fine, but when I make the DVD movie, the transitions are shaky (about 2 seconds before the transition the whole picture starts shaking, and during the transition, and 2 seconds after).

Can someone please tell me how to repair this problem, or adwise me a different video editing software. I tried some, like pinnacle studio, but most dont support the ".MOV" file format.
