i just dont get it there's no such thing as PAL NTSC problems on xbox 1
modded xbox just plays everything with no pal/ntsc hassle
what is it with ps2

Actually, you're wrong. Its nothing to do with the console. Any PAL game on an NTSC TV (on any console) will have screen roll/black & white pic. This is due to a PAL game outputting 50Hz signal, and an NTSC TV only displaying in 60Hz.

Or, to be honest, you'd be better off buying a true fully-wired RGB Scart lead for PS2 from any good electronics or games store (Argos, HMV, GAME, Electronics Boutique, etc.), as not only will it convert the NTSC signal on your PAL TV, but it will also enhance the picture quality. Prices vary between £3 & £15, and is well worth the investment, since patching doesn't always work, and can often corrupt the image.

i know what a rgb kabel is thanx but it does not work on my cheapy tv
so for the THIRD time somybody plz give a link for a ntsc2pal patcher wich will NOT slow the game down , thats all im asking.
