i downloaded formula 1 PAL ps2 game, but i have a US ps2 which plays NTSC discs, so how do i burn it so that i can play on my ps2, i know how to burn downloaded NTSC games. any help
NTSC/PAL conflict is the fault of older TV's and most of the time has nothing to do with the ps2. If you have a relatively new TV it should support both formats.
PAL is 50hz, NTSC is 60hz so theoretically PAL should work on NTSC systems anyway.
ANd if your TV wont support it then depending on your mod you can force video mode to NTSC.

Good info Andrew. But that didn't do any help at all (sorry :D)
Joy83, is your PS2 the thick version (v1 - v11) or slim line (v12 - v14)??
I suggest you get yourself swap discs. This swap disc will make PAL games played as NTSC games in your TV.
I used swap disc for quite some time so ask me anytime if you have any probs
I had the problem of a PAL game not running on my modded ps2 and i actually found a program which converts PAL to NTSC. the cinematics were a little squished and the sound was out of sync, but the game itself played with no problems otherwise. Sorry, i can't remember the name of the program but I did find it relatively quickly either through google or this forum.
