i mean i have a US NTSC ps2 slim with swapmagic 3.6 discs of course with NTSC tv
downloaded a pro evolution soccer 5 PAL game and formula one 2006
screen either reads not a valid ps2 game or stays on black
what gives>?

by the way i tried all the video mode :(normal NTSC PAL) same thing either black screen or ends with saying not a valid ps2 game
i also burned with 4x and my media i TDK DVD+R 1-16x

Change video mode to PAL as you said, but burn 8x on a 16x disc.

i actually burned the formula one 2006 with 8x and pes5 with 4x
same result what gives i dont have any original game but ps2 does read dvds

I'd change media if I were you too. TDK are pretty crappy, and that, combined with the fact they're 16x, won't do you any good once burnt.
Get some Sony, Verbatim, RITEK G05, or Taiyo Yuden 8x discs & burn your PAL2NTSC patched iso at 4x.
Always 1st with 100% working PS2 Online Game DNA$ IDs!! |
