i couldnt give an exact percentage, but with the new easy downgrader that does it for you, theres a very high chance of successes

ive only heard one instance of one bricking, and it was a ta-082 mobo.
id be pretty confisdent if i were you, but obviously, there is still a small element of risk.
this applies with any form of writing to flash.

i have a 1 gb card
version 2.71
no weird letters on my motherboard
i really want it
but if i am one of that 0,000000001 % that bricks it?
would a mod chip help me?

@seth, try this link, this is how made6fade got though to having a 1.50 psp.
either that or read the guide in my sig, its lead many people though to 1.50, that was the guide i used.
and with the bricking, yes a mod-chip can sort the problem, but the real issue is the cost of the mod-chip.
honestly, if the odds really were ,000000001%
i would be more than happy to risk it.

i downgraded successfully, i used the easy full downgrader, but i wont post a link due to legal reasonns.
PM me for updates on a downgrader. Im desperate, along with a bunch of others. Thanks for all of you working to make me less bored.
