Wifi Max - Is this normal?

Hi, just managed to set up my wifi max after hours of trying, eventually got it after following a guide i found on this site.

all of a sudden this problem has occured. when i plug my wifi max in, my broadband internet doesnt work, i click the internet explorer icon and i get page cannot be displayed, even in the network connections it sais im connected on both my broadband and wireless (wifi max) and when i take my wifi out of the USB, my internet works again.

so theres no way for me to use both my PSP with wifi max and my PC's broadband internet at the same time, it was all working earlier?

PS. happened shortly after using a program called xlink kai - uses wifi max to go online with games

yeh, thats about timing out, im passed that, i need to know why my internet cuts out when wifi max is plugged in

because either
1.your pc is not familer with wifi max
2.wifimax is not a wirless internet connection for the pc to use
