Sony TRV 520 NTSC is able to pass thru Pal to PC ?

I know some Sony TRV version are able to record in one format (NTSC or PAL), but also are able to pass thru the other format to PC via I link.
I want to know if somobody try the TRV 520 and knows how to do this.
Mine is NTSC and want to capture some PAL VHS using the I Link to PC.
