Problem burning a PSone ISO

Hi there, thanks for taking a minute to help. I downloaded an iso file for the PSX and am having problems burning correctly. It simply won't load, something is wrong. I am burning at x4 through alchohol 120% and Disc Juggler.

To further help, here is the file(s) itself:

(It is no warez, only an un-released demo)

File 1: http://www.biohazard1.com/BH_trialedition.part1.exe
File 2: http://www.biohazard1.com/BH_trialedition.part2.rar

Also, this could be the problem? Both files after extracting seem identical, not sure why there are two links to two files. My guess was to extract them differently, I am only burning one. I wouldn't need to combine them, would I? They are both identical iso files after extracted, like I said, I'm guessing just two ways to extract, but there they are, both of them just incase.

I'm guessing part1 has the wrong file extension & should be .rar same as part2, so you've ended up with 2 incomplete parts of one iso file.
Make a copy of the 1st file & change the file extension to .rar, then place it in the same folder as part2 & try re-extracting from part1, see if it extracts from both files.
You can also check the iso file with IsoBuster.
