x30 axim-transfer ringtones to razr v3c using bluetooth?

i have a computer with ringtones, a dell axim x30, and a razr v3c phone and i just wanna know how to get those ringtones to my phone using my axim, which i just got, so i havent quite figured it out yet. i know about motorola phone tools but before i go out and buy that, i thought id try this first. if anybody could help me out it would be great! ps-i can get the tones onto the axim but they dont show up when i go to the bluetooth thing and try to send a file to my phone, they only show up when i want to bring them up on media player
