I'm completely new at this. I'm trying to burn a ps1 game I downloaded the data but I do own the game and it's rare and my copy is too messed up to copy from. But anyway when I downloaded it I got three files: one is a BIN file, the other ones is a 21 file (whatever that is) and a speed dial file (again, whatever that is) I was wondering how do I burn them exactly...

Sounds like you've extracted too far & have ended up with the files from the game disc.
Make sure you have the .iso extension unchecked in WinRAR, and re-extract. You should now end up with an iso file.
