I personalized my "Go to menu" or personal shortcut list found on the left selection key from the home screen. My problem is that if I adjust the ringing volume, Voice Mailbox is added as an option to my shortcut menu. This happens every time, not only on my phone but also on my mom's. Anyone know why this would happen, or any solutions?? Nokia said I could send it in for reprogramming, but I'm not excited to be phone-less for a week.
