You sure its an 803 error? Never seen one of those,but its most likely an 'unexpected error'. So something odd is happening.
Need a bit more info from you if you want any more help;

1. Is the game PAL or NTSC?
2. Are you in a PAL or NTSC region?
3. Did you use WinDIP to patch?
4. Did you patch with the disc ID for the correct region, ie : PAL ID for PAL game?
5. Is the game the full DVD version?

The game is NTSC and I patched It with windip 1.7. I try this steps but they didnt work..

Thanks Paddymail and Jamaal. I am using Swap Magic 3.6. anyway ive sorted the problem now. I took the originals Id using Disc Id Utility and patched the DNAS.img file in the .Iso file i created. It was patched correctly paddymail but did not work. This was strange as the originals ID should work. I read somewhere on the forums that the Code XX-XX-00-40-FC worked for someone for COD2. So i tried this code and patched my Dnas.img file in the .MDS file instead of the .ISO file and bingo, it worked. Thanks for all your help

Yup. That ID possibly does work. If you have the PAL game! The '40' region identifier is for PAL games. You need to look in the NTSC Disc ID sticky topic for the disc ID for your NTSC version.
Like I said in my original post, you need to patch with the correct region ID for your game.
