Gooday,
I have an old Sanyo TV which just has a video-in socket(No SCART Connection). I tried to connect my dvd player(video-out) with the TV(video-in) through a video chord but it doesnt seem to work. I have 3 frequencies on the TV: VH, VL and U. I tried to tune in the movie on all three freqs but nothing happens. Anything I should or shouldnt do?
Thanks for your time guys.

Hi rdmercer1, Thanks for your reply.
My TV is quite a character, firstly I dont have a remote for it. Secondly, when I click on the dvd remote to play, I can see that the movie has started in the dvd player, but nothing happens inthe tv, for example, if a BBC program is going on, it just continues. I have tried to set the tv by searching on the 3 bands I mentioned but no indication that a movie has started in the dvd player. Have checked my video in and out connection, thats fine.
Any idea what to do next?
Of course, I will also take a look on videohelp.com
Thanks heaps again for you time rdmercer1.

Video in socket?

Coax connetion you mean...

Simply make sure to stop at wally world pick up a little box that has scart connections on it on the input and a coax on the output.

Its all input and output just think of how the video has to run and where it has to run to from what.

Like for instance you dont want you're PS2 to run to you're VCR and you're VCR not to run to you're TV...

Another thing to try is picking up an old VCR with Composite connections "Red White and Yellow" Then go ahead and route it to you're VCR that you purchased from you're local yard sale and then you're VCR to you're TV making sure you're VCR is set to AUX if it is required.

Enjoy... It will work if its got video in and it is on the proper channel normally 3 or 4.
