Burning subtitles in Nero

Hi!

I have a question that I´m confused with. When I want to burn a movie with subtitles I just put the srt file right under the AVI file in Nero6 and hit the burn-button. It works great. I don´t need to use any programs at all. With nero7 this didn´t work strange enough. I thought you had to use various programs to make subtitles work. Anyone with similiar experience?
