Alright as I've done my share of searching and I've found the best problems solvers right here it's time to tackle a problem I'm having. I attend college at Southern Illinois University. Our network is setup using high speed internet connections to all dorms, problem being once you plug your computer in you are restricted to browse until they have you setup an account with your computer and Cisco Clean Access Agent. Now that is how the connected computer is controlled for ip and dns etc. Problem I'm having is that I have a WifiMAX thinking this way I'd be able to connect my PSP online in my room or in the hall and be able to get online. But once I get the network setup and the PSP recognizes everything I always get sent to the Networks Homepage RezNet for Login.. Now I know there must be a way to share the connection and somehow tunnel out or bypass this Login by making the network appear Virtual a VPN and just surf using the Computer already connected... I've been able to get my PSP to download updates but very slow now If I could just fix it all to were I dont have to pay the University 45.00 and give the MAC addy of my PSP just to get access then be able to log on in my room.... any ideas I how someone can help me find a way.
