Need a "Convert/Patch a PS2 game to PAL" Guide

I dont know how to /convert/patch a NTSC game to PAL. Could someone write up a tutorial on how to do this using some program? I have Swap magic 3.6 disks and tool kit for the slim PS2. I already know i can boot up NTSC games with this but it doesnt show the full screen. Could someone help me?

you could either get a tv that supports both NTSC and PAL and if you use ADR patcher you are still not going to going to see the whole picture it only patches it and if you get pal2ntsc with y-fix it is going to patch it and lets you move the picture so it will look like its centered but you will still not see it perfectly unless you get a tv that supports both signals or an external converter to make it accept NTSC video too!

Or buy a fully wired RGB scart lead for PS2 for between £3 - £15. Not only will it automatically display the picture properly, it'll enhance the quality.
