HELP! combining ISO

i have just downloaded the ISO of Initial D.. and the files inside was (d-indss.r00 all the way to d-indss.r22) and there is also a file (d-indss.rar) can i know how do i combine them to become an ISO?

And also, i made a backup of my UMD and i couldnt seems to get it starting. the game always appear 'the game cannot be started' can i know how should i get it working? im using UmdEmulator and the settings are:
CPU/Bus Speed: 333/166 MHz
ISO emulator mode : system menu
disctype ISO: game
disctype UMD: game
updater icon: remove
use boot.bin: on
regioncode override: on
regioncode game: regionfree
regioncode video: regionfree
regioncode audio: regionfree
Flash0 emulation: off
flash1 emulation: off

You need WinRAR.Then open d-indss.r00 and extract the file inside.That's your game.

i did what u mentioned and when i try to run it, it shows me 'the game cannot be started' so which part did i do wrongly? the setting of the emulator?
