im from europe (PAL) and im trying to play a original game from USA (NTSC) but when i try to play it says ps2 invalid disc!!! i choose NTSC before i hited start and the game doesnt start, is something wrong with my swap magic?

i figured it out, in order for the swap magic to work you must close the tray by pushing it back where it was with that tool and the swap magic wont say ps2 disc invalid or something like that!!!!
