hello im new to the site wondering if anyone know what is causeing my retail dvd the good girl and 2 disney sing along songs and now some new nick jr dvds not to load all they do in the dvd drive is spin and spin all other dvds load so that i can back them up but these 3 all they do is spin


i have win xp pro
anydvd
dvd shrink 3.2
decrypter
dvd fab decrypter
i have a i/o magic dual format drive and just updated the firmware

i just want to know how do i fix this since all other retail dvds i have load on my computer and are able to watch and backup

the disks are clean all it does in the drive each one of these disk is spin
