is there a way where i can change ISO instead of turning off my psp thoroughly. for example: i'm playing dragonball z shin boudokai, now i want to play monster hunter freedom, can i press something to change the ISO instead of turning off the psp and then restart everything again?

press and hold the home button then press the L or R trigger you will see visual confirmation of the iso changing in the bottom left corner of the screen.

connect your psp to your pc. there will be a folder named PSP. go into the psp folder and there will be another named savedata. drop it in there.
