Putting aside the reasons why you may want to do this...
is it actually legal to downgrade your PSP?
or to offer a service to do this in the UK?

yeah sorry as long as your sending the files from a 1.50 psp to the psp thats being downgraded i wouldnt think there was a problem doing it
