hello iam new to all this buti never had a problem bf burning disk now i keep getting a dma error crc error can someone pleace help me i look and i see my dma is on ty

Memory usage needs to be down while burning (i.e. do not surf the web, play games,etc when burning dvds).

Your firmware is up to date (actual LG burner) I would suggest trying some verbatim discs or sony (sony and fuji film dvds should say MIJ..made in Japan not Taiwan).

Usually caused by poor media or firmware needs to be updated. We can rule out firmware so I would try another of the brands I mentioned.

Also after you have used the cleantools choose Nero 6 or Nero 7 do not install both on one machine. Anyone else feel free to help me out here.

i cleaned it all out reinstalled it and i dont know and i use a verbatim disk ?

Seems you still have remnants of Nero 6..use the Nero cleantool for 6 to delete it.

Burning too close to the outer edge of the disc...use Nero recode and set the target output to 4300mb.
