I have the Sansa e260 and have sent a TV show that Tivo downloads and then converts into MP4 (MPEG-4) on my computer. I then send it to the Sansa media converter and it has worked a few times but many times I get the error message during the converting process (sometimes quickly and sometimes it makes it to 100% converted and then gives the error, the message is Failure: "Unknown". Does anyone know how I can find out what the cause is or anyway to correct this. I need to try multiple times to get a complete conversion that will work, it simply takes too much time to make it fun to do when getting these error messages!
