hey,

i'm going to upgrade to 2.00 then downgrade back to 1.5 for a clean firmware, so can anyone give me their email so they can help me?

srry for double posting but u shoudnt do that.there is like a 15% u might brick your psp mybe cause of motherboard or fake dwngrader. or well i wont do it

if he's upgrading from something to 2.00 then he'll be fine, there is not a 15% chance of bricking, it's less then 1% either way, aslong as he follows the directions and doesn't unplug it, he'll be fine, get the 2.00 downgrader and the 1.5 eboot from psp-hacks.com

this downgrade is extremely easy, and really limited risk. i've done it and lots and lots of other people have succesfully done it as well.

the downgrade may be easy. but what would be the point of upgrading then downgrading right after.

sometimes u have to upgrade to a firmware that is compatible with a downgrader. someone with 1.51 cant directly downgrade it so you have to upgrade to 2.0 before u can downgrade.

but he said "back to 1.5". so then he must be upgrading from 1.5 to 2.0 then back to 1.5

so he could of been on 1.5, 1.51, or 1.52.
