If you downloaded a torrent file, then the files would be split into .rar files which you extract the .iso with WinRAR. Since I assume you just downloaded a torrent of a big .iso file by itself, then I'd suggest burning it, seeing as how you can buy a 50 pack of DVD-R for like 19$, what's worth 1 to try it out?
