nascar 07 backup problem

i backedup nascar 07 and then i started playing with swap magic, it was working ok until after qualifying when it suddenly froze, and then i made another backup this time by rebuilding the image( though the original image was 2.41GB) and now it does not even recognize the disc, it says enter a valid ps2 disc, i dont know whats the problem , but i can play my other backups pretty well with swap magic like madden.

What media and what speed did you burn at ?

i used HP DVD+R which seems pretty ok since i have backedup other games with it and all of them work flawlessly, I burned it at 2x with ImgBurn
